Here is my Astro Invader cocktail table. It's pretty unusual to see this oldie in the cocktail cabinet. Come to think of it, the upright version isn't common either. Tom Petty smashed one up in his 'You Got Lucky' video.

I got it from a great guy by the name of Kenny Williams in Grenada, Mississippi. It was having intermittent problems powering up, but an adjustment to the +5v on the power supply seems to have fixed it. It also had some problems displaying the invader explosions at the bottom of the screen, and a few sounds missing. Luckily, a replacement board set came up on eBay recently and now it works 100%.

This machine was cosmetically in decent shape except the top glass, which I fear is irreplaceable. I had to replace a lamp socket in the coin door, though.
